"Fast shipping, which honestly surprised me"
I ordered a few decor pieces and they showed up way faster than I expected. Everything was packed fine and nothing was damaged, so no complaints there. I’ll admit I’m a little hesitant to fully trust these kinds of orders lately because I’ve been let down before, but this one actually went smoothly. Happy with it overall.

"I had ordered a couple of home..."
I had ordered a couple of home decor pieces from Vianney Home Decor, and the package did showed up, so that part was fine. But one of the items wasn’t the color I picked at all, and another piece was kinda close but the size had not match what I was expecting.

Customer service did get back to me, but it took a few messages back and forth before they understand what I was trying to explain. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I was definitely disappointed with how the order came out.

"Not the size they promised"
I ordered a cover from vianneyhomedecor.com because it looked really nice online, but the sizing ended up being a bit off from what I expected. They made it seem like it would fit properly, so it was annoying to have to mess with it and adjust things just to make it work. It’s not completely unusable, and the quality seems okay so far, but I don’t love paying for something that doesn’t match what was promised. Giving it 3 stars because it works, but it’s definitely not perfect.

"Not really worth what I paid"
It looked decent online, so I thought it would be better in person, but yeah... it just feels kind of cheap. Like, the pictures made it seem nicer, and maybe I expected too much, but for the price I paid, I was disappointed. I keep thinking I should’ve bought from somewhere else. It’s not completely awful or anything, but I definitely don’t feel like I got my money’s worth...

"Site’s okay, just a little clunky"
The website worked fine for the most part, but a few pages were kinda slow and it took me longer than I expected to find what I needed. Not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a bit easier to navigate

"Not as nice as it looked online"
The designs looked really nice in the photos, but when my item finally arrived, it felt a lot cheaper than I expected. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would. On top of that, the constant reminders and follow-up messages felt aggressive, which just made the whole experience more annoying

"Online stock info was misleading"
I placed my order because the item was shown as in stock online, but later I was told it actually wasn’t available. I had to wait around for updates without really knowing what was going on, and in the end I just canceled it. It was frustrating, and I definitely expected clearer instructions or at least better communication about the next steps. They really need to keep their inventory info updated.

"Comfy and looks good, just a bit slow to arrive"
It’s really comfortable and looks nice in person, so I’m happy with it overall. The delivery took a little longer than I expected, and part of me wondered if they were being a bit vague about the timing on purpose, but it did show up fine in the end.

I like the style overall. The design is and it kind of fits in with my room without being too much. It does feel a bit pricey for what it is, but I’m still happy with it...

"I’m usually the type to assume something..."
I’m usually the type to assume something will get at least a little scuffed during shipping, especially if I’ve seen that happen before, but this order showed up totally fine. The packaging was neat and secure, and nothing was broken or scratched. Happy with how it arrived

"Helpful service, though a little slow"
I had a question about my order and, at first, I was a bit annoyed it took a while to hear back, actually, once they replied, they were really polite and got everything sorted out clearly. So overall, it was a good experience. I just wish the responses had been a little quicker.

"Not really happy with how it went"
The order itself was okay, but the delivery took way longer than I expected. What annoyed me even more was that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to, which just made the whole thing feel frustrating. I reached out to support, but their reply wasn’t very helpful either. i expected a better experience.

"Seriously, This Fabric Is So Soft"
Okay, why is it so hard to find fabric that actually feels nice these days? This one is ridiculously soft, and I’m so happy with it. No scratchy weird texture, no disappointment right out of the package, just super soft and exactly what I was hoping for

The colors looked just like the photos, which was a pleasant surprise since that apparently isn’t always a given. No weird surprises, so that was nice.

"Looked nicer in the pictures"
I was a little disappointed when this showed up. It looked really online, but in person it felt kind of cheap, like maybe the photos were doing a lot of heavy lifting. A few of the edges were rough and the finish looked uneven in spots, which made me wonder if I got a lower-quality one or if they’re all like this. It’s still usable, but for the price, I expected something better. I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Nice look, but not the toughest option out there"
It looks good and has held up okay so far, but I wouldn’t say it’s super durable. Compared to some others I’ve seen people using, this one feels more average than really sturdy. Fine if you’re not expecting heavy-duty strength.

"Refund came through, just not very quick"
I order from vianneyhomedecor.com and ended up sending the item back because it just wasn’t working in my room like I thought it would. To be fair, the refund did showed up eventually, so I’m not saying they ignored me or anything.

The only thing is it take longer than I was expecting, and I had to reach out a couple times to ask what was going on. It wasn’t a horrible experience, but the whole refund part could be a bit easier.

"Nice decor for less than I found elsewhere"
I picked up a few home decor pieces from vianneyhomedecor.com and was actually impressed with the prices. I had been browsing a couple of other home decor sites before ordering, and similar items were definitely costing more there. This site felt more reasonable without making the pieces look cheap. Ordering was easy, everything was straightforward, and for what I paid, I’m happy with how it turned out. I’d definitely consider shopping here again.
